Our Crust: Chemical-free dough is made daily on the premises and never frozen. We slow rise our dough for 48-72 hours to ensure the highest quality. We use 100% Extra Virgin Olive oil in our dough and un-bleached spring wheat flour.
Our Sauce: Preservative-free, never frozen.
Our Toppings: Premium meats, fresh cut vegetables and herbs prepared daily.
Our Tray: Bakes right on our special one-use baking tray. After baking, just fold it up and toss it. No box, no mess!
